I am an expert in occupational well-being and trained as a health economist, teacher, certified business coach and nurse. I have worked in management positions for more than 20 years and coaching leadership is my way of working. The development of well-being at work, management and quality of life have been close to my heart throughout my working career and during my studies. Developing well-being at work affects society as a whole, and its management provides companies with valuable information for decision-making, as well as tools for each employee to take care of it.
